By using AIMemo, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
The service
AIMemo helps you record tasks, organize work with tags and dates, sync supported task data through an AIMemo account, and generate AI-assisted summaries from selected content.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign in or contact support.
Your content
You are responsible for the tasks, notes, tags, prompts, and other content you add to AIMemo. You confirm that you have the rights needed to use that content with AIMemo and its service providers for the features you request.
AI-generated output
AI summaries and refinements are generated for convenience and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific purpose. Review generated output before relying on it, sharing it, or using it for decisions.
Credits and availability
Hosted AI features may use free credits or other limits. Credits, limits, model availability, and service behavior may change as AIMemo evolves. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse AIMemo, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected service components, upload unlawful content, violate others' rights, or use AIMemo to create harmful, deceptive, or illegal content.
Account deletion and termination
You may delete your account from the app profile screen. We may restrict or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates risk, or misuses the service.
Disclaimers
AIMemo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIMemo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as AIMemo changes. The updated date at the top of this page shows when the latest version took effect.
